Born in Chicago in 1960 and raised in Southern California, Webb has performed on over one thousand recordings as a session musician and jazz artist. As a leader and co-leader, he has released approximately twenty albums, balancing interpretations of standards with original material. His writing demonstrates the same versatility and command of the jazz idiom developed through decades of work with artists including Horace Silver, Stanley Clarke, and Freddie Hubbard.
