About
Billy Garner was a respected jazz pianist, organist and composer. He is best known for the 3 albums he recorded with saxophonist George Braith in the 1960s. He also recorded with Charlie Rouse and Dave Bailey. Gardner's career was cut short when he died unexpectedly from an asthma attack in the 1970s.

Billy Garner composed the tune "Billy's Blues" on Charlie Rouse's album "Yeah."
