Tom Jedynak is a jazz drummer based in Los Angeles. After a successful career in IT management and technology, he turned to music as his primary pursuit. A versatile performer grounded in the swing tradition, Jedynak is active in small group settings across the L.A. jazz scene, comfortable navigating everything from classic organ trio formats to more contemporary ensemble configurations. He has performed and recorded with the Ken Weiner Quintet, guitarist Casey Mahoney, organist Celine You, the Teddy Bang Trio, and the long-running ensemble nostatic, led by bassist Todd Richmond and vocalist Claire Rifelj. His playing draws on the mainstream jazz vocabulary with an emphasis on ensemble interaction and swing feel.

Jedynak's path to professional drumming came after an established career in the technology industry, making him part of a growing cohort of jazz musicians who found their way to the bandstand through nontraditional routes. The name Tomek, which appears in some of his credits, is a Polish diminutive of Thomas, suggesting Polish heritage.
